About the role

Lytus Co. is looking for a proven Sales Closer to convert warm inbound leads into paying C.O.R.E subscribers. This is a fully performance-based role — no base salary, high commission, no cap. If you know how to close B2B SaaS deals and want equity-like upside without the equity paperwork, this is the role.

What you'll do

  • Handle warm demo requests and inbound leads from our waitlist and marketing
  • Run discovery calls to qualify and understand each prospect's outreach problem
  • Present C.O.R.E as a solution — clearly, honestly, without pressure tactics
  • Close trial subscriptions ($75 first month) and upsell to annual plans ($4,200)
  • Feed objections and insights back to the founder to improve product and positioning
  • Maintain a simple CRM log of pipeline and conversion rates

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years closing B2B SaaS or service deals ($1,000–$10,000 deal size)
  • Comfortable with discovery, objection handling, and value-based selling
  • Honest — we don't want pressure sales tactics, we want reps who can explain real value
  • Self-motivated — you track your own numbers
  • Available for calls during business hours in your timezone

Nice to have

  • Experience selling sales intelligence, outreach, or lead generation tools
  • Existing network of agency owners, B2B founders, or sales leaders
  • Familiarity with Paystack or subscription billing conversations
