About the role

Lytus Co. is looking for a sharp, creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager to own our brand voice across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and short-form video. You'll turn the C.O.R.E story — AI buyer intent signals, B2B outreach, the "right moment" thesis — into content that attracts serious B2B sales professionals and agency owners.

What you'll do

  • Create and publish 5–7 pieces of content per week across LinkedIn and X
  • Build a content calendar that maps to our SEO topics (buyer intent, signal-based outreach, Apollo alternatives)
  • Produce short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) explaining B2B sales intelligence concepts
  • Engage with our target audience — B2B founders, agency owners, sales leaders
  • Track content performance and iterate based on engagement data
  • Collaborate with the founder on product launches, blog amplification, and waitlist campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, SaaS, or lead generation (non-negotiable)
  • Proven track record creating content that builds audiences, not just followers
  • Strong written voice — clear, direct, no corporate fluff
  • Comfortable on camera for short-form video
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or similar)
  • Self-directed — we don't micromanage

Nice to have

  • Experience at a SaaS company or B2B marketing agency
  • Existing audience in the sales / outreach / lead gen space
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma)
