When I launched my first marketing agency, I wanted it to blow up. But one thing held me back: I was TERRIFIED of cold calling.

So I did what I considered "great" marketing: Posted on Instagram. Redesigned my website 17 times. Tried every new hack I found online.

A year passed. I made less than $500.
